AM5 Methanol Analyser
The AM5 analyser is used in Industrial & Biotechnology applications and offers a fast, simple and accurate method for the measurement of methanol in beverage and bioprocessing applications.
APPLICATION AREAS
- Bioprocessing: measurement of methanol as a fermentation carbon source.
- Food & beverage analysis: measurement of methanol in the quality control for dimethyl dicarbonate (DMDC) preservative dosing.
OPERATION
After calibration with a standard of the selected metabolite, the single injection of sample is all that is needed to obtain a result and prepare the analyser for the next analysis.
Sample injection via an accurate positive displacement pipette triggers the complete analytical cycle and a hard-copy result is printed within 20 seconds.
